Deer Valley is one of the few ski resorts that never lets you down. No matter what time of yaer you go there they always have good snow, lodging, and incredible dining. The snow at deer valley is perfect. If you ski early in the morning, some trails like Hidden Treasure, Orion, and Big Stick, have especially good powder. The trails range from unnaturally easy to expert terrain. But no matter what level you are Deer valley has somethig for everyone. The kids will also enjoy one of the best ski schools in the country. All the instructors know the mountain very well and skill levels in the group range from never-skied-before to expert. The lodging is also very dependable. The lodges at the base are the best in terms of location because you can get to the town and the base lodge easiest. But lodges up near Silver Lake Lodge are also very good. The lodges at Deer valley are the best near the base. Silver Baron and The Lodges are the two buildings and have a variety of different rooms. The dining at Deer Valley is very self explanatory. Snow Park lodge has a seafood buffet every saturday night, and other lodges have restaurants to go to. But most of the places to eat are in the town of Park City.
