I've been coming to Brighton for years. Unlike the corporate feel of a Snowbird or Park City, Brighton has that local or family atmosphere going for it. It's a bit smaller than the big guys but that just lets you get your bearings a little quicker. Through the years I have also found that when the temps creep up above freezing, conditions at Brighton stay much better than at Snowbird. Hint: Take the Millicent lift (across the parking lot from the main lodge) and come down through the "Canyon". It's only a green run but offers a lot of terrain options, especially on a powder day.
