Reached after a scenic six and kilometre (four mile) drive, there's a a beginner-ski-lift with a larger lift for more advanced skiers on the Bretteln, which can also be used by children.
Toboggans can also be rented for a ride down through the forests. The toboggan run down to the Rathluckn-Hütte is two kilometres (one-and-a-quater mile) long. The scenic walk back up to the ski slopes takes about half an hour approximately.
