Been there with 2 friends January 2007.The last 40 days were almost dry in the whole area. However some snow arrived 4 days before we got there.Lower slopes were suffering in the afternoon.People did the best they could with the snow canons. No complain about that. As u got up in the main stations everything was superb.Excellent grooming ,adequate snow and no ques at all.Slopes towards St Cristoph very good still at the lower parts.

A small tip. Galzigbahn is huge and very impressive but Nassereinbahn
takes u to Gampen and Kapal area which is very challenging plus you ll have to wait less for the first ride.As for Apres ski what can i say.The party keeps going .We had some info that the place is a bit expencive but thats not true.even if we had dinner in a nice restaurant or a burger "to go" everything was quite reasonable.

Dont forget to spend at least 2 days visiting lech. charming with great skiing. We ll be back this year.
