It is pretty nice to ski there but I would more recommend this area for families and beginners. This area is not so big but near Sillian there are also other areas like Obertilliach or in Lienz where you have got great opportunities for skiing. So it would be possible to change skiing areas easily if you stay a longer time in this place.
The area is clear arranged. Most of the slopes are red and blue but there are also some difficult runs. The possibility for off pist skiing are rather rare. What I really liked is the run down to the valley because it is very long and you have a beautiful view. They also have a snowpark but with very difficult kicker lines so nothing for beginners.
The locals are very friendly there. They are surrounded by beautiful nature and there are a lot of possibilities to do beside skiing for example you can go for the evenings to Lienz what is a quite nice small town. I think it is a nice place to be if you do not like to go to very crowded areas.
