Pros: Some of the staff were very nice and the tubing was fun!

Cons: Could have designed the slopes better.

This was our first time at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and we found it to be a nice place to go. Some of the staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the tubing part and found most of the people to be very friendly. As for the slopes, we did not get to ski much since we were just learning. It was nice during the later night session on Friday. Saturday was crowded and found to have quit a few younger people out of control, but that seems to be normal for any park or place of business. The surrounding area had lots to do, and many establishments such as restaurants, and shops. As with anything, you have to experience things and learn where to park, costs, and what not to do such as riding the tram up. Parking is available and cheaper at the resort if you get there early enough. We will return to visit next year and stay to ski longer.
