Verbier is by far the best skiing I've ever done in my life. The time was mid march, the snow deep and soft. Forget the trail, challenge yourself off-piste, with no crowds, your line will be the only line in the powder. From the top if you go down the backside prepare for a hike, and lots and lots of fun. Recommend bringing avalanche gear for that one. Skiing isnt about anything besides the skiing, and throwing yourself at new challenges, well here you can do that. For lodging I stayed in the youth hostile, it was an old bunker(cold and dark) but had great food and a warm pool and hot tub to relax in. But as everyone else mentioned this is about as good as the accommodation's get here unless you're willing to spend a pretty penny. This resort was recommended to me buy a group of old members I met in Zermatt, and I thank them for it.
