Lots of runs, makes for less crowded slopes
Some of the areas had rather flat runs
I was in Alta Badia for my first time and although I went in March on a rather sunny year, the snow was still mostly OK.
There are plenty of slopes for advanced skiers to avoid the crowded ones and even some rather decent off-piste possibilities.
The fact that you are on part of the Sella Ronda circuit is a plus, as it is really nice to do the whole circuit.
Some of the places had some flat runs and where pretty good for beginners, but a bit dull for more experienced folks.
