3/17 not too crowded at all. wind on lift, not on slopes. both is hard ice. carinthia has pretty consistent conditions. other slopes obviously get sloppier as u head down the mountain. overall, not too bad.

It's worth mentioning that they just announced that they will start making snow again on Friday. Not sure if this is a touch up, or a major resurfacing on the main mountain.

Weather forecast missed. Drizzle the while damn day and in the top 1/5 there was heavy freezing fog until about noon. East wind with moisture caused this micro-climate. Sunburst bubble was closed all day, Sachem and Glades Peak were open, but running very slow. my only complaint is that they could have at least sped these up or opened Sunburst by 1 after the ice was melting, but they seem to have given up early on the bubble with weekday non-crowds (maybe I'm wrong). This made the main mountain a very long trip to the top and not worth the effort. Boarded Jackson Gore and Solitude for the whole day after an attempt to go higher. Cover is good enough for people that aren't snow-prudes that are out of season, but it isn't perfect everywhere. Most rocks are marked well, and generally the cover is deep, but you can't be bombing down a trail that you haven't scouted as many have a handful of issues in typical places, but some are still perfect all day long. Unless they get big rain hot weather, they will make it at least another 2 weeks if not 3, but colder weather and/or snow would make into April no problem.

There will be jumps... They aren't that bad. Variable, yes... But still worth the trip

It snowed most of the day.firm granular base with fresh snow on top,no one there and plenty of trails in good shape you just need to ski around the bare spots here and there, tomorrow might be very good in the am,my last two days and very much worth the trip from CT,

Longjohn was good. Icy everywhere. They closed bluebird at 1:30 which was the only lift open to the top effectively closing the entire mountain early. Pretty disappointing. Light snow right now and with some grooming it might be better tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Warm weekend, but awesome skiing! Very few to no liftlines, and nice soft snow. Just gotta watch out for a rock or stick in the middle of a run since there wasn't a great cover. Overall best weekend of skiing this year!
