By 3 o'clock, I was not hitting as many rocks, but you will hit some rocks if you venture off of the normal runs. There was a good 10 to 12 inches up there today, and it should be really nice tomorrow, but you will hit some rocks because the snow is very light and fluffy and not packing down on the rocks. passing down on the rocks.
Just barfed snow all day!! maybe 25 cars in the lot, nobody here, fresh tracks every single run. Sketchy driving back to south Tahoe at 3:30 it was a whiteout all the way to Meyers, then hardley any snow in South Lake. Photo in Sentinol bowl early right before it dumped.
Been skiing here for 4-5 days and the weather has been, Well bad ... Although the snow is soft at the moment it's really hard to control on the Small Dipper !!! And all of the tailings from previous skiers could make you fall over. However this has been a very good experience so far !!!
Rode 4/4, actually had a good time on NV side. Conditions better than expected. Nobody there. Should be a little better week of 4/6 with snow now heavily falling in north shore 4/7 1PM, hopefully to hit south shore.
