Where to start, well i learned to snowboard in the early 1990's at Terry Peak so it has always had a special place in my heart. It is a very easy smaller Mountain that the whole family can enjoy. For the most part there is usually just locals and your Nebraskans and people from SD in a 3-4 hour radius that go here. This can be really good because eve nthough they dont get the snow that Colorado or wyoming get. This black hills resort gets good snow that lasts since the mountain faces north/ northeast. If you are looking for a good enexpensive trip head over to Terry Peak if you are coming from further than 4-5 hours away in any direction probably seek elsewhere.
