Ski Mystic at Deer Mountain is where skiers and riders go to find the most snowfall in the Black Hills of South Dakota, where over 200 inches of average annual snow falls across the mountain. The mountain boasts an impressive 6,850 foot summit elevation, over 40 skiable mountain trails, and over 850 feet over vertical. Their 33,000 square foot base lodge features a Ski Café and Ski Pub, fireplace, satellite TV and wi-fi internet.

    This is a place for families and relaxation

    Pros: The environment is so chill---LOVE IT Great Music,Great Snow
    Cons: The only thing wrong is i don't have my cabin built on Deer Mtn. yet!!!

    Waiting for new management

    Pros: was a great mountain for family skiing

    Slowly Improving

    Pros: Natural Snow when it snows
    Cons: Lifts, Rope pulls, limited snow making

    2010-11 looks even better

    Pros: Great staff, varied terrain, short lift lines, inexpensive places to stay in Deadwood
    Cons: Food is expensive, really experienced skiers may get bored.
