Been to Homewood twice, once in 2007 and once this year, and enjoyed it both times. A very scenic drive if you're coming from lake south, and it's really a little hard to get to compared to others, but to me it's well worth the extra effort. I also wished they'd distinguish their runs a little better. Gilbert's Gulch my wife can do, blindfolded; Dutch Treat, no way she can, even with an extra eye. But still we like it so much we talk to people about it. The next day, at Mt. Rose, top of Ramsey, we were telling people who hadn't heard to try Homewood. The very NEXT run, same spot EXACTLY, when my wife and I wanted a picture taken of us, SHE told us to check out Homewood. The timing and place was too funny.
