I'm a season pass holder and have learned that the best time to go up is in the afternoon. If you leave Seattle around noon you'll miss traffic and get there by 2pm. By then you can usually park in the front lot (they only charge for parking in the morning in the front lot and it's only $5 if you car pool w/4 or more). You can ski from 3 -10, that's 7 hours people. The food isn't anymore expensive than anywhere else and they have a huge area in the Pacific Crest Lodge for brown bagers.

The staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered. The snow is better than Snoq., not better than Baker, but who wants to drive that far?

Get it at Stevens, they run a great resort.
