Lousy service, irritating charges & marketing gimmicks

Tremblant has a knack for lousy client service. With guests from New Zealand and after paying premium prices for hotel and lift tickets, we arrived at the lift and the dour-faced operators wouldn’t let us on the lift! Apparently we did not pay the ‘early bird’ fee. So, Tremblant succeeded in making us feel like second class customers. Thanks you morons. This is just the latest, but it is the last straw. Smelly hot tubs and rambunctious students barfing on the hotel carpets can be a laugh with sympathetic resort staff, but take our money and make us feel scammed…. We are finished with Mont Tremblant. We have preferred Tremblant because we live in the area. No more. Lake Placid and places in Vermont will get our business the next time.
