  • Snow Guns Blazing at Tremblant

    Despite the mild weather, Canada's Mont Tremblant has fired up its arsenal of 912 snow guns and opened up 66 trails for skiing this past weekend. With colder temperatures predicted for the coming week, and perhaps some natural snow as well, snowmaking activity should continue full tilt to give skiers and riders summit to base terrain as well as coverage on the north side Snowpark.     Although it snowed a little every day during the last week of December at Mont Sutton in Quebec's Eastern Townships, those in the know at the area are still advising that the Sutton snow dance may be necessary to bring in the long awaited big snow storm. Full Article

  • Pull an All-Nighter at Mt. Tremblant

    Dec. 8-10 will see the running of the 6th Annual 24 Hours of Tremblant. This fundraiser features three categories in which teams of 4 to 12 skiers and boarders ski the slopes of Tremblant for 24 consecutive hours. The Endurance Ski-A-Thon is for intermediate skiers in teams of 6 to 12 - boarders, snow bladers, telemarkers, families, kids, anyone who wants to participate. Full Article
