I went to Mont-Ste-Anne in January 2009 as part of a group of six. We stayed in the Chateau Mont-Ste-Anne in a two bedroom loft style suite. There were two rooms upstairs and a fold out couch in the living area. The suite was fantastic!!! On top of the great room they also had a pool and an outdoor hot tub... both were very nice except the hot tub was very busy at points and there was no extra room.
As for the hill... great runs, tons of selection and the lines were not too long. The only negative were the icy conditions but I guess you could get this anywhere.
All in all the area was great and I would come back in a sec. One thing to note, they advertise that they are just outside of Quebec City but it is really quite the drive. When you're coming from far away it is actually quite a bit more time added onto the drive.
Worth the drive though :)
