Big-Mountain tree skiing and a mid-week Gem

Pros: Long runs, scenery, trees, snow-making, ski school, friendly

Cons: not ski in, ski-out

Masella is a few minutes drive from the cute Catalan Cerdanya small town of Alp, with its restaurants, hotels and late bars....More
"Masella" means more sun. Wish it meant "more snow"

Pros: accessible, good off piste terrain, excellent lifts, phenomenal snowmaking

Cons: on slope hotels limited, reckless skiers, snow unreliable
