Pros: night skiing is great, inexpensive
Cons: crowded ,bring your food
I like shawnee because they make great snow & the staff is frendly inspite of the crowds. I can drive there in less than an hour & a half from Full review

Close to home but keep on driving
Pros: Good beginner terrian park
Cons: slow lifts, crowded, icy, close to new york
Shawnee may be a place you want to go if you are a beginner but even if you are you might not want to go. It is close but not by much.... Full review

Trails are very good
Pros: Trails are excellent long downhill very fun
Cons: Gets icy, not a very good terrain park and jumps are well groomed. crowded
Shawnee mountain is a very family oreinted place. the mountain trails are excellent and the lodging and resorts around town are excellent. food is very pricey and get very very very crowded... Full review
