By far this resort continues to reward and celebrate winter sports. With great terrain for all levels and some of the best snow and grooming conditions on the East Coast, 7Springs is value and fun for all. With 13+ feet of snow this season, it rivals any Western resort for powder and pump -- truly a great year for a terrific snow sports venue. Terrain Parks and several awesome half-pipes give plenty of space to boarders aside from the slopes. Apres ski rocks at The Goggle -- one of the best pubs in the country for all. Great real estate on the mountain makes it an ideal second home community and their rental program is well-run. Just 3.5 hours from the National Capital Region, Philadelphia and under 2 hours from Pittsburgh and Ohio it caters to major metropolitan areas and does a great job with lift volume. The only negative for this resort is the element of skier that exists on the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic -- skiers and boarders that throw beer cans on the slopes - a trait of many regional ski centers. What's up with that? Just go for the snow and forget you ever saw the beer cans -- just complain to the resort for clean-up efforts!
