Seven Springs will be hosting the Pre-Jib, Saturday, December 12! The Premature Jibulation, a Rome SDS sponsored rail jam event, is held at resorts throughout the United States every year during the month of November. If the resort is open for skiing, participants will need to purchase a lift ticket. Otherwise, the contest is FREE and open to all SNOWBOARDERS only. Rome will be supplying awesome prizes for the winners and great music! Oh, in case you didn’t hear, Transworld Snowboarding recently ranked Seven Springs’ Superpipe THE BEST in the East! Celebrating its 23rd year, Pittsburgh’s ABC affiliate WTAE-TV Channel 4 and Seven Springs Mountain Resort continue their Winterfest tradition of festivities Feb. 13 - 21, 2010. The Seven Springs/WTAE–TV Winterfest is an annual event showcasing all types of snow and slope activities to help guests enjoy the winter temperatures, deep snow and even the shorter days! Snow tubing, on-snow races, silly challenges and other fun activities are designed to thrill skiers and boarders of all ages and abilities.
