Not a bad place to visit during the week, but like most resorts in the area they get too crowded on weekends to get your money's worth.
Low crowds during week.
Snow conditions can be iffy given location

Inconvenient, poor customer service!’ Stood in line for one hour with NO social distancing in place what so ever after we booked our online tickets for us to find out that we had stand in line to get reloadable cards. The next ski visit we go ahead and reload them online, we get to the lifts and find out they are not working!!! I had an email confirmation that said they were paid for!!!

On December 26 a few friends and I went to enjoy the day on the mountain. The snow was great and we hit all the slopes before the end of the day. The down side was when we stopped for lunch and everyone knows it’s expensive but what we ended up getting was very underwhelming, the other downside for all mountains in my area was that they skyrocketed in price from 50-60$ last year to a nice 74$ for a full day. The slopes we’re great and we all learned how to hit 180s off jumps so it was a good day over all I would recommend it.
Nice mountain, had decent amount of trails open, even with the lack of snow
High food prices, jacked up lift ticket prices

went online today to order Epic NE Midweek Pass for seniors 20/21. I retired Spring 2020 and look forward to a safe ski season at our nearby Roundtop Mountain resort.

I am so grateful to Ski Roundtop. I learned to ski in my 50s, and was very intimidated when I first showed up...but because of their great staff who guided me and made sure I had a great experience...I have become a fully invested skier now running on 5 years. It is a great mountain to learn on. There are 20 trails with lots of variety and picturesque views. Just work your way around the mountain. Favorites are Upper Lafayette and Recruit. It's a wholesome place, great for families, young kids, and senior citizens. They do a great job on grooming and snow making, but it is a tough business in Central PA because the winter weather can change from day to day. Thank you for everything Ski Roundtop--so glad you are my home mountain!!
Great place to learn.

Went on a weekday with my two young daughters who are learning to ski for the first time. We loved it! The instructors are wonderful, and the beginner areas are wide enough for them to practice. The crew that works there are kind, happy, and extremely helpful. Couldn't have hoped for a better first ski experience!

I finally tried it out, the beginner and intermediate hills are much better than other areas in terms of being suitable for learning - long enough but not too long, and wide enough to practice turns even when it's crowded. the black diamonds are probably too short and easy for experts, but I'm not an expert, and I was able to try a few without being terrified.
