Ski Liberty is close to Washington D.C. and Baltimore, and it does have some good points. The Flex Lift Ticket is a great idea, that more resorts need to consider, instead of sticking to "traditional times". They have a nice dining area to sit in, and to watch the slopes, and the staff seems to be quite friendly.

The slopes are okay, but there is nothing special here. The best thrills can be found on the Vertigo Slope, which is located off of the lifts midstation on the lodge side of the mountain. Its quite a fast ride. Beginners will appreicate how those areas are tucked away in a safe area to the left.

The lifts are painfully slow. They need to improve on this, as well as stopping groups of snowboarders from standing around, and blocking the slopes. Costs are a bit more than some smaller resorts, but in line with pricing found across the industry.
