    Not challenging

    Pros: lodge located at bottom of hill

    Cons: short hills with little variety, older lodge, not enough intermediate or advanced slopes

    Hidden Valley used to be in better condition in the 80's. The last time I went with the family the lodge was run down. My kids love long challenging slope... Full review

    Pros: good snow making, nice but hassled staff

    Cons: no improvements over last year, unprofessionional management

    Although it is known for being a family resort due to its limited challenges (and no other choice available on the form), it is rather hostile to kids skiin... Full review

    Pros: Charming, Family Friendly, great starter or finisher mountain

    Cons: nothing for mom and dad

    This is our second year of season passes. Moved into the house last weekend (12/12/09) and were shocked at the amount of natural snow on the ground (4-6). ... Full review

    A good starting mountain

    Pros: Good quality snow

    Cons: small, short runs, lifts stop often

    I went there last year with some family and friends and was okay at best, not as big as some of the other resorts around. There aren't really any challenges... Full review

Hidden Valley Resort and Seven Springs Mountain Resort to Open Friday, November 29, 2013, for Skiing and Snowboarding

Hidden Valley Resort and Seven Springs Mountain Resort will open for skiing and snowboarding Fri., Nov. 29, 2013! Initial snowmaking began Tues., Nov. 19, and resumed around the clock Saturday evening through Monday morning. After a weekend of intense snowmaking, both resorts have an average snow base of 8-26 inches and plan to resume snowmaking Tuesday night through Wednesday night, weather permitting.More
