Skied Elk on 10 Mar 11 and had what was one of the best ski days of the season, this after having 3 ski days here in late Jan 11 and one Feb. I must say conditions were excellent; they worked that 3 inches of powder beautifully into the machine groomed granular. As always it seems you can't get back up the mountain quick enough to tackle the black diamonds. Susquehanna, Slalom attract the most action, then perhaps narrower and more challenging Tuscarora, Iroquois and Mohawk. Best to do these first then head over to other side of mountain. Wish I could ski here more often! Love it. If you ski for the 'skiing' then this is the place to go.
