We have visited Camelback 3 times this February. We got a Triple Ticket for $79 - good deal. The mountain has several trails of different levels. It can not be compared with Vermont, but ok considering the short drive from home. Trails are all short, but you still can have fun. The lift system is also good and you have several alternatives to the crowded high speed quads.
The big problem is that it often gets awfully crowded on the weekends. And as a consequence, several of the trails get skiied off pretty early in the afternoon. At some point, you have that crowd of skier/snowboarders (many without much control), testing their abilities on the icy spots. Time to go home...
Food is not good but expensive.
I have been to most of the Pocono resorts. The problems are very similar. For me, considering all the factors, Camelback is still the best deal.
