The road up to the mountain can take the first hour of your day. Expect a long, steep walk from where you park. Shuttles are buried in the same traffic as parking. Don't expect to get one. Ticket lines are long and prices high. Don't expect to find a locker to put you stuff in. The limited staff you happen upon are rude. No couth. No crowd control. Lift lines are outrageously long. And apparently they like em that way. Lifts shut down with precision timing to keep the lines packed right up to closing. Restroom lines out the door. Food lines bad. No place to sit. The lodge is way over capacity. The paver walkway from the lockers up to the hill is steep and slick. Putting salt down made it worse... At least the ski school people are good. I have to guess, when your prices are high and people are still fighting to pay them, who cares how good their experience is? Not the management here. When the new water park is done I'm sure traffic and parking will improve (eyes roll)
