Blue mountain is a great mountain to learn on. The long green trails gives you time to practice your turns.
The Blues are my favorite trails to go on. They are not too difficult and they are much less crowded.
The snow is usually good when it is groomed, but there are a lot of icy patches once the sun goes down and in shaded areas.
I found that the bottom section of Lazy Mile is very icy and Switchback is almost completely in the dark at night.
Also, if you are a snowboarder, going from Burma Road across the Shuttle trail and down to the lower lodge is very tiring to do.
The lodge is decent, but could use a lot of work. I would really love if they put in a Fire Pit outside.
