    My Favorite PA mountain

    by danny8941 - 27th March 2010

Pros: accessible, fun, high vertical for PA, 2 high speed lifts

Cons: gets boring after 5 times, small terrain park

This mountain is okay. It is probably the best in PA. But it gets boring. I have went there 7 times this season. Best time was when it snowed 2 feet so ... Full review

    My Favorite PA mountain

    by Cynwyd Guy - 23rd March 2010

    Pros: Terrain, Lifts, Location

Cons: Its still a PA mountain

As far as terrain goes you can't do much better than Blue Mountain. Blue and Elk take the cake when it comes to terrain in eastern-PA mountains. The 1000+... Full review

    by ocskier - 7th March 2010

Pros: fast lifts, long runs, great french fries

Cons: Presidents day weekend, no lodging on mountain, out of control snow boarders

My family and friends make 2 or 3 trips to Blue every year. I will admit that I have only skied a couple of other PA places (Shawnee and Jack Frost) but B... Full review

Probably the most uncrowded yest best skiing mountain in the poconos

    by omarhaq - 26th February 2010

Pros: Long trails, fast lifts, great snow making, great views

Cons: can get crowded, very icy in the evenings

As a beginner, I thoroughly enjoyed Blue Mountain. It hadn't snowed in a while, yet their snow-making ability is phenomenal. The artificial snow seems fresh... Full review
