Blue Mountain is a nice quality resort for Eastern Pennsylvania. Their vertical drop is the highest in PA, which means the trails are a little bit longer than most in PA. I prefer to go to Blue during the week because there are a lot of crowds on the weekends. This is the closest "major" ski area to Philadelphia. Overall there is a good variety of trails, they have something to offer for everyone, and the snow-making is good because sometimes Winter is not so friendly, and can get kind of warm (especially last year and at times this season).
