Blue Mountain has some really nice and satisfying trails; some of the highest and longest in the area. The terrain runs are really good, but it's a bunch of locals (respect locals y'all) so bring your game and let them get their session on the feature before you take your hit.

It's strange; while I really like the trails here I didn't enjoy myself as much as the other hills I've been to. And Blue probably had the best trails I've been to so far. It might have been because I wore myself out quite a bit from unbinding or waddling to trail connections near the bottom; to get to the lifts.

The drive here (I'm coming from Queens, NY) is standard Poconos route, then you will hit a stretch of some country road. I enjoy the scenery, but it feels like it just adds time to the trip (speed limit). If your'e not the driver this is not bad, I guess.

So to me, nice trails bring the family, and have a great time at Blue Mountain! Likely one of the best in the area.
