Blue knob is killer if they get a bunch of natural snow... We rode it after a 2' dump last season & it was epic!!! The bowl is awesome & the lower mtn

if you are going for the terrain you should go to BK. BK's snow report is totally unreliable. they report open trails but sometimes its afternoon before they get them open.

Also take into note it all depends on when you go. I've seen bk everywhere from a groomers paradise to the entire mountain being bumped up/ ungroomed (yes even beginner trails) . However I've only ever seen wisp 100% groomed. Be sure to check their snow report before you go.

Yes. Between the two wisp is the better resort, but blue knob is the (by a lot) better mtn/ski area. Also wisp is 100% groomed. Bk is about 50-70% groomed.

Thanks, I really hate those mountains that have everything groomed.... Trying to decide between coming here or going to Wisp. Anyone been to both?

Anything not groomed at blue knob (usually 2 or 3 trails excluding glades) has medium sized moguls on it.

To answer the question bellow. Yes, in fact there are a lot of mogul runs at bk including extrovert which is almost 800 vertical ft. Of nothing but moguls.
