On march 18th 2007, I called Big Bear to inquire about the price of a half- day pass/lift ticket. I have gotten hold of one of your many rude staff members!!!!!! I was told by this rude individual that the line in front of her is getting longer ( This occured while she spent less than 2 minutes on the phine with me) It is not my problem that your line is getting backed-up. Maybe, your resort should hire more employees, and while doing your screening... dont forget to pay attention to those who knows how to act like a human being. When you encounter them, please hire them on the spot.
