My family and I went to Timberline for 4th of July to have a great day out and enjoy the wonderful views of Mt. Hood. About a mile up the mountain road our serpentine belt slipped off and we didn't have the proper tools in the car. We called the lodge and after telling them what happened we made reservations for the night and began the 5 mile hike. The ladies at the front desk were rude and did not offer any assistance to help us get up to the resort, but when we called again after 3 miles James at the front desk was kind enough to help us out. Thank You James! The other people at the lodge were very up tight and enjoyed talking about how stupid other guests were not caring who else was around that could hear them. My last complaint was the food and drink prices, they were outrageous! I got a cheeseburger for $22 and it really wasn't that great, I've had better at the pub down the street from my house.
On the plus side it's an amazing view and the snow is great.
