Meadows is the best place to ski on hood. it's terrain is unbeliveable if you know where to look. this year I have made it up 50+ times and have not been bored yet. heather canyon and the privte reserve are great for experts and if you want to aviod crowds go there, especally the privte reserve, you will be the only one there. Explore the trees, there is a ton of unmarked and untracked runs trough trees off mountain hood express. Go to Clark canyon, it is hard to get to, being it's on the other side of heather canyon, but you will be rewarded. to get there, stay left when skiing A-zone or up. Just aviod the Lodge, it is over price, to many people and the employes are inproperly trained.
