Pros: It snowed while we were there- Yeah!!!

Cons: To many people and a little on the expensive side.

This was my first time to Mt Bachelor and probably my last. Its a big resort and we had a little powder but I found the mountain to be somewhat flat. Most of the runs were the same. Well o.k. there were a few advanced runs but nothing to write home about. I don't think this resort owns a snow cat because there were no groomed runs. This can be a good thing but with runs so flat and tracked out by the hundreds of people a little grooming would be nice. The summit was closed ,which I hear happens about 50% of the time, so I'll never know whats up there. And one last thing- Auto lift ticket readers are a joke. Having to go through swinging gates like your on a subway is just wrong. What will they come up with next to save a buck on staffing?
