some good slopes for beginners
too many school kids, disrespectful skiiers/boarders
There's nothing really special about this place that makes me want to drive back. It's not that I had a bad time (slopes were decent), but it could have been better. Since I'm a beginner, I stayed on their "pony tail" trail, which warns people that others may be going slow. However, despite this warning, there were plenty of folks who purposely whooshed passed me causing me to wipe out. Thanks, guys, I really needed that.
If you want a more diverse age range (with more adults), then move on. This place (at least when I was there) was predominantly young (I know, what can I expect). However, if you're like me in my late 20s, it would have been nice to see some adult faces, which there weren't.
