I've had many of great memories skiing this resort, my family had season ticketsfor at least 12 yrs. We were chartermembers in Mad River Ski Club and helped build De Uller Haus. I used to stop in a ski 2 or 3 hours on my way to and from OSU, you can do that with a season ticket. It was quite a treat to go to Boyne at least once ayear. I've since had season tickets for snowbird skiied Alta most in Utah,Co.some in Ca. Sun Valley, enough with that. Mad River Mtn made it all possible along with family. Does Mad River Mtn. really expect us to believe that it has more base snow than Alta or ASPEN HIGHLANDS today Jan. 10 2010 , or that they have double black diamond slopes let alone single diamond runs. This my main beef with the Mtn over the years, they certainly stretch the truth with depth of snow , conditions and level to ski certain slopes, see kirkwood and jackson hole for double black runs. You've got to learn somewhere, then step up to the pros.
