Lots of fun..the snow was so soft and fluffy. Now there's some nice snow to keep up some awesome groomers! I went April 8th had a blast floating around on snow clouds everywhere. Drove from sacramento..was nice to see almost a foot down at 3000ft. Enjoy the rest of the year people!

Still some untracked lines on the skiers left of Kirkwood but have to hike back once you reach the bottom.

awesome. powder everywhere in the morning, but got tracked out pretty fast since about 1.5 million people showed up. still fun in the afternoon. a lot of terrain was open, but very few lifts, so lines were long. overall, it was a great last day for me. lets hope next season is better

At least 24 inches up top!!! As has been said, with limited lifts things got packed out quickly, but there were deep stashes to be had all day in the trees and far out palisades since no chair 7.

Mammoth, mammoth, blah blah. Trolling this and every other tahoe feed does nothing to entice people there. It just serves to show how petty and small minded you are. Why would we drive miles by Kirkwood with 24" to eventually get to mammoth. If you are officiallyrepresenting mammoth then you are doing a poor job, if your unofficial we'll get a life...

When did the Northstar ski report become the Mammoth worship site? People go to Tahoe because it's Tahoe. It's not way out there, and there is a lot more to offer than a single (June doesn't count) mountain of skiing could. Also, which large Lake views does Mammoth have during skiing? I forget...
