Don't let the Spring weather at the base fool you ... the mountain trails are in good shape to have a great time. Sure .... we want fresh powder, but Heavenly makes snow where you need it. Oh, short lines on a Saturday made it a great time.

packed surface but overall great time on Friday. Not ideal conditions with powder, but any moderate to experienced skier/boarder will have a blast.

Skied Sat, 4, 10 down all day, 6 for about an hour. Got out the full camber rock skis and had a blast. But be ready to ski hard pack - east coast w/o snow making. But any skiing is better than no skiing!!!

Blues were icy conditions that turned into brown slush. Not many lifts open. Womp. Good thing for alcohol and good company :)

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of snow conditions. Limited terrain but what is open is good. Thanks Heavenly snowmaking for helping out Mother Nature. Sunshine today helps make the skiing enjoyable too.

Skied at Northstar yesterday. Had a great time. Runs were groomed and lift lines were short. Lots of sun.

Spent last weekend skiing at Breck... So obviously I had to lower my expectations coming to Tahoe. But honestly considering it has snowed in a month... It was beautiful weather, no lift lines, and pretty good groomed runs. Not too shabby.

Got some good runs in but dismal snow coverage overall. Spring conditions in the a.m. and could get very slushy in the afternoon. Much fewer runs open than expected. Had better luck on the NV side. Gorgeous day and no crowds, so it's hard to complain too much.

I agree with the post below. Not great, but had a great time. they do a really good job making snow and grooming what is possible. park is still really good and some blue runs still nice. first time here though and an intermediate rider.
