So the guy saying no moguls clearly did not ski the day he posted, as North Peak had plenty of moguls. The East Basin trails are the main mogul trails and they aren't open yet. And the lack of a challenge is because it's a New Hampshire mountain, where none of the mountains having very challenging terrain once you know how to ski. The Notch is just as challenging as anything Cannon or Wildcat has. If you don't like the mountain then don't ski there, you don't have to insult it. Most good mountains get crowded that is why you should ski the first few hours before crowds show up, that is true for almost all ski resorts worldwide. Loon is a great moderate mountain with some harder terrain, but their snowmaking is unmatched anywhere I have ever been.
