Snow Reporter Comments

2/14 (4pm)

It was the kind of day that everyone likes to compare thermometers; nevertheless, the skiing & riding remained on point. The mercury will be on the rise overnight with a high temp predicted near 20 by Monday afternoon, and then snow is forecast to develop Monday evening. We've picked up the most new snow in NH this week with 9-13", plus snowmaking has been providing great man-made powder on a number of trails. We'll continue snowmaking as long as possible this season...we even plan to fire-up on additional terrain at Mittersill this week. The winter is far from over at Cannon!

Phenomenal snow - possibly best conditions all season - but a bit chilly. -35 at the summit at first tram and warmed up to a balmy -19 by 1pm. Tram broke down around 2pm and people still stuck up there, unclear the extent of the damage.

Great day. Mother Nature and the snowmakers have been working hard this week. Good snow all over. Tramway and Bypass were my favorites today for snow quality, holding onto nice skier-packed snow all day.
