Conditions were outstanding considering what little they have had to work with thus far. burnout is probably the best open run in tahoe right now. Props to the grooming and snowmaking teams.

Just got home. Not worth the drive. Core shots and dirt are cool though I guess. Not worth it. Quit deleting honest posts squaw.

Nice sunny day with groomed snow. It was great until about 2:30pm, after that it slowly turned to slush again. If you go between 8-2:30, you'll have a good time. After that it will most likely need to be groomed again

Don't listen to the unreliable posts. The mountain is great and has primo conditions for the Tahoe area. *****

Thanks for the heads up. I'll pack the rock skis. Those those glades off the backside are hard to resist.

It was not rocky on open trails. I went to the sides and off trail a lot bc of the fresh pow and that's where there is some debris that could scratch your board

Is it very rocky on the open trails, or just closed terrain?
