Here is the 86" base for you. It is surprising though that there is anything left at all after the insane rain these past couple of days. Wonder if they will try and recover this late in the season?

Went this past weekend. Most slopes had decent coverage. It misted rained most of Saturday. Ice wasn't too bad although the upper slopes had more than the lower.

Okay, let's all agree the base isn't 101". We skied all day Saturday and for a 50 degree day in NC conditions were fine. Good coverage on entire mountain, except for a few side trails and lift unloading areas. Lines not terrible and pretty much had Gunther to ourselves. Bravo Sugar!

lots of bare patches parents were at casino so I gave this a try plain and simple it sucks they claim to have best snow in south east I don't think so I've seen better snow on a tubing run bare patches all over they definitely need to groom holes an massive bumps was like skiing moguls way to many inexperienced people counted 22 times the lift stopped on the was up in on trip there ski patrol are kids which make no sense I can just say never again granted nothing in the Southeast is going to be like home for me but this place is really lame

I would like to say that the reported depth at Sugar is generally very accurate. I have dug up alot of buried snow gun hoses while working there and I have dug down eight feet or more and not hit dirt. The snow guns there are capable of producing great amounts of snow in short periods of time. I would say the 100"+ is accurate
