  Close to the Big Cities of the South

  Fun

  Pros: Cheap during the week

  Cons: sloped had iced

  Loved Cataloochee. The black diamond slopes weren't awful. I actually liked them the best of any other slope. If you can go during the weekday I would advice it. It's much cheaper... Full review

  Learning to ski was fun

  Pros: Excellent teachers. My two sons can ski in one day!
