  • I've never had any issues anywhere in boone with the employees having said that Appalachian sux it is very small and weak. I would not recommend it to anyone. go to beech or sugar much larger and more runs for all levels unlike the 2 green runs at Appalachian.

  • nicely run place. unlike sugar, beech, employees are pleasant. prices are fair. having said that, the slopes are really only good for learning. i will be back woth my kids when they get to that age, but not until then.
