Full review

We visited App on 12/28/10. The snow was good for the East. Very crowded as expected. Matty taught my 3 boys in the Burton LTR program and did a great job. This is a very small mountain with very short runs, however, the runs are well groomed and maintained. This place is probably better suited for people trying to improve on their terrain park skills and not for people looking for long cruisers. We ski in the west each year, and this was our first trip to the east. It was about what I expected. There were a lot of beginners out of control and trying to ski beyond their ability. Overall it was an O.K. experience, but not enough terrain to speak of. The verticle is very weak.
