The Single Leg Romanian Dead Lift is a single-leg exercise used to develop strength in the posterior chain while also challenging hip strength and balance. Since skiers are generally leaning forward from the hips, having great balance and hip strength can really improve skiing performance. Hamstring strength and hip stability also play an important role in preventing ACL injuries.
