Few places offer the quintessential Western ski vacation ambiance as Lone Mountain Ranch at Big Sky. Cross-country ski and snowshoe trails curl around cozy log cabins on the historic Montana homestead where old-style sleigh ride dinners top the evening activities.
The ranch packages up all-inclusive vacations where you don’t have to whip out your wallet every other minute. Lodging, lift tickets, three meals per day, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, draft beer and house wine, sleigh ride dinners, and evening programs are included. Lodging can be in the main lodge or log cabins. Shuttles connect Lone Mountain Ranch with Big Sky Resort, located six miles up the road.
Packages at Lone Mountain Ranch require a minimum of four nights. During the regular season early January through early March, a four-night package for two adults with three days of skiing at Big Sky Resort starts at $3,406. A four-night package for a family of two adults and two children (ages 6-12) and three days of lift tickets starts at $6,240. Holiday rates run higher, but prices lower March 8 - April 4, 2014. A few cancellations have opened up last minute spots for the Christmas holidays.
Lone Mountain Ranch runs its winter season until April 5, 2014. For more information or to make reservations, call 800-514-4644.
