The new Thule Sonic Alpine Cargo Box is sleek —like you have a stealth missile on top of your rig. In fact, the AeroNose design makes it the most aerodynamic cargo box on the market. A high-gloss automotive finish in metallic silver or glossy black completes the look.
Beyond aesthetics, the Sonic Alpine is a model of efficiency too. Those AeroNose dimples on the front of the box help to cut through the air and reduce drag and noise; a rear-angled base makes for plenty of trunk and hatch clearance; and the box’s low-profile design means it can fit into most garages and parking structures with a low ceiling clearance.
The Sonic Alpine can carry three to four pairs of skis or two to three snowboards (we’ve easily fit two pairs of skis along with two snowboards in there). It attaches to Thule crossbars and to most factory racks with ease thanks to AcuTight Mounting that “clicks” when optimal hold has been reached. It’s lightweight—making it easy to mount it when you need it and store it when you don’t. The box opens from both sides and has big burly locks to make sure your equipment is safe.
The Thule Sonic Alpine will help you to get your gear to the slopes in style.
